General Club Campaigns
The Entity may decide, in its sole discretion, that certain Benefits apply to registered club members or certain groups of members. To gain benefits, you may need to identify yourself as an actively registered member of the Business and provide your identification information (eg name or phone number). If you do not actively introduce yourself to the Business, you may not be able to receive the Advantage you are entitled to.
Subject to these Terms, you may not be granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, personal, sub-license, transferable, to download and install the Application on a single device (mobile device, etc.) owned or controlled by you and use it only in private, personal and non-commercial manner and we grant a non-transferable license.You may not use this App if you are a minor in your local jurisdiction. In no event can anyone under the age of 13 use this App. Note that the app is not suitable for children under the age of 13.
